Since 2017 Apleona HSG Facility Management
- The Managing Board of the Bilfinger SE concern decided to sell the Building and Facility division to the investment company EQT. The sale agreement was signed on June 2, 2016.
- On July 11, 2017, the Bilfinger HSG Facility Management division was officially renamed to Apleona HSG.

- 2012 -2013 HSG Zander – Bilfinger
- In 2012 the Bilfinger SE Group management made a decision to rename all the companies within the Group. This change aims at increasing the brand awareness and at strengthening of the interaction between the corporate companies. On the 6th of March 2013 HSG Zander company in Russia was renamed into Bilfinger HSG Facility Management.
- Bilfinger HSG Facility Management enters the market in Kazakhstan, opening the office in Alma-Ata. The company starts its activities in Astana and Atyrau as well.
- Office openings in Sochi and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
