The XVIII Annual CRE Federal Awards 2021 gathered representatives of development, investment, consulting and managing companies of the industry. General Director of Apleona HSG on the ceremony stage granted an award in the nomination "Office Real Estate. Business Center Class B". Traditional golden brick went to the winner of the nomination – "Obvodny 28" Business Center, located in St. Petersburg.

Victor Efremov in his congratulation speech addressed to the winner hoped that the share of quality office centers and leasable spaces in Russia will grow every year, and he also wished professional success to the developers in this rapidly changing reality.
